Re-Admission of Detained Students Who are Promoted in this Academic Year – JNTU Hyderabad has released a Notice to all concerning students of JNTU Hyderabad (R16, R15, R13, R09) related to detainment, promotion for those students who previously detained. This notification has been released in order to make the things very clear for all concerning students who have been detained due to lack / want of credits or attendance. So relative students will have the clear idea about the upcoming supplementary examinations for the the detained students and the availability of the exam fee notification and detailed time tables for all supple exams for detained students. Re-Admission of Detained Students Who are Promoted in this Academic Year

Few Students who were detained due to lack of attendance and who were not promoted for the want of credits in past years, got eligibility and are promoted in this academic year. But by now some colleges are closed and some colleges are not haing affiliation for that branch. 

In Such cases, colleges may,

  1. Continue to run the courses for those few students, or,
  2. Transfer those students to other colleges.

Hence, principals are instructed to take necessary measurements that those students are re-admitted and will not lose an academic year.

Update for Students Who Were Detained and Their College Closed (Due to Affiliation)

This bring relief to all those students who were previously detained due to lack of required credit or attendance and their college’s affiliation was terminated. This notification means that students who were previously detained due to lack of credit and in this academic year, their colleges have lost the affiliation, and students are now promoted, can either run the courses for those students or they are advised to transfer those students in some other colleges.
