JNTUH PC & CMM Application – JNTU Hyderabad Application Procedure & Details – First thing first, If a student has cleared all his subjects from 1st year to final semester, he /she is not required to apply for PC & CMM in JNTUH. His / Her provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks memo will be sent to their Respective Colleges 15-20 days after the declaration of JNTUH 4-2 Results. You may collect it from your respective college within a month or less from the examination branch of your college. Below we have mentioned the procedure to apply for PC & CMM in JNTUH for the students who couldn’t clear few of the subjects which are applicable for skipping as per JNTUH Exemption Rule or looking to take JNTUH Grace Marks in order to obtain the certificates. Follow the instructions below and proceed accordingly.

PC & CMM Application in Normal Process at their Respective Colleges:

  1. In this process submit the Undertaking form (Skipping 1 or 2 Subjects) at your College
  2. Principals are advised to print the undertaking forms on the Letter-Head of their Colleges
  3. Forward the Undertaking form with Signature of the Principal & College.
  4. No Need to Attach Photocopies of Marks Memos.

PC & CMM Application Directly at University in Tatkal Process (Skipping 1-2 Subjects):

  1. Fill the Undertaking Form and Print in on the College Letter Head
  2. Take the Signature of Principal & College Seal on it
  3. Obtain a No Objection Certificate from the College Principal
  4. Attach a Xerox Copy of SSC Certificate
  5. Draw a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 2000 in the name of “The Registrar, JNTUH”.
  6. If you are seeking 4-2 Marks Memo in Tatkal Process as well, additional 1000 Rupees is Needed (Draw a DD of a Total of Rs. 3000/-)
  7. No Need to Attach Photocopies of Marks Memos.

PC & CMM Application at University in Tatkal Process (For All Clear Students):

  1. Obtain a No Objection Certificate from the College Principal
  2. Attach a Xerox Copy of SSC Certificate
  3. Draw a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 2000 in the name of “The Registrar, JNTUH”.
  4. If you are seeking 4-2 Marks Memo in Tatkal Process as well, additional 1000 Rupees is Needed (Draw a DD of a Total of Rs. 3000/-)

    Iam applied for PC and CMM with the help of 2subject skipping rule though my college, how can I know the information of SKIPPING IS ACCEPTED OR REJECTED in Jntu.
